Curved Rectangular Tin Box with Slide Lid for Cigar
Product Description
This curved tin packaging, made of sand blasted tinplate, can accommodate 10 pieces cigars. The curved slide lid allows buyers more convenient to take out the cigar. Adding plastic accessory to achieve this slide structure avoids the problem of influent sliding caused by using tin accessory and also reduce the cost. This tin box allows an embossing logo on the lid and always available for your printing artwork. Several kinds of tinplate are also offered to achieve different effects including normal one, shiny tinplate, sand blasted tinplate, mesh tinplate and galvanized tinplate.
As for the printing, we provide you with offset printing showing a low-cost and high-efficiency process, and offset printing ensures high accuracy and great effect of color with less possibility of fading than any other printing process. Both CMYK and pantone are available and we’re equipped with master experts working for over 50 years in printing process. They can exactly figure out and mix the right color for you.
By the way, this tin box is more suitable for printing white coating as bottom varnish and for the surface printing process, we have eight printing ways for you including printing glossy varnish, matt varnish, wrinkle varnish, crackle oil and etc.
In addition, we introduce laser coding machines including carbon dioxide coding machine and fiber optic coding machine, which allows us perfectly apply your QR code and bar code to surface of tin box. The two machines could better avoid waste and extra cost through coding. If you need embossing on your tin box, we could make embossing tooling by experts according to your requirements and there are three embossing skills to reach different requirements of clients. They are flat embossing, 3D embossing and micro embossing.
If you are looking for ways to make some specific words or images on the tin box to look prominent, our embossing skills also can help to achieve the effect. We have three types of embossing skills which are flat embossing, 3D embossing and micro embossing, all of these can be designed as requested.
Both CMYK and pantone are available. It can be CMYK printing. It can be pantone color printing. It can also be combination of both CMYK and pantone color printing. All of our products can be assembled by different pad or filler which are in different kinds of materials such as sponge, plastic, paper and so on.
